The role

This is a senior role that demands a strong culinary understanding, preparing and executing a service of our seasonally inspired A la Carte and Dégustation menus.
Restaurant Andrew Fairlie is a two Michelin star restaurant with a stimulating and international work environment.

We open for dinner only, and work a straight shift over a five day working week. We offer an attractive salary, equitable share of the gratuities and meals on duty. Set in truly beautiful countryside, we are less than one hour away from the cosmopolitan cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow.
